There have been a surge of insanely talented rappers over the last few years and Young Thug is one of them. Though he began his rapping career in 2011 with the release of his mixtape series I Came From Nothing, he received mainstream acclaim in 2014 with his debut single “Stoner.” Soon enough he was working with big name rappers, like Kanye West, Wacka Flocka Flame, and T.I. His full length debut Barter 6 dropped in 2015 and entered the Billboard Charts at no. 22. It also sold 17,000 copies in its first week making it the thirteenth highest in sales in its sales week. This year Young Thug released two more mixtapes: I’m Up and Slime Season 3, both well received by critics. This year, the rapper embarks on his second ever headlining tour dubbed the Hy!£UN35 tour. Supporting acts will be Lil Yachty, Rich The Kid and Dae Dae.
