Grindcore band Magrudergrind have been steadily making a name for themselves since they burst on to the scene back in 2002. Based in Brooklyn, NY the band self-released Religious Baffle and Don’t Support Humanitary Aid Led by The Church in 2003. Their brutal first full length album, Rehashed, dropped in 2007 via Six Weeks Records. Not only have fans and critics noticed the merit of the band, fellow metal acts have as well. Magrudergrind has embarked on successful tours with Cannibal Corpse, Napalm Death, and Misery Index to name a few. Even the TV industry has recognized them as they made an appearance of the fifth episode of HBO show Veep. After a six year hiatus, Magrudergrind has teamed up with Relapse Records to release their long awaited new album, II, which dropped earlier this year. To support the new LP Magrudergrind plays at Reggie’s Rock Club on May 22nd. Yautja, Sick/Tired, and Stay Asleep are set to open the night.
