Evan Weiss is a local musician who is currently making music with his latest project Into It. Over It. often considered one of the leading acts of the emo revival scene of the 2010’s. The first album released under the moniker was 2011’s Proper. This was followed up by 2013’s Intersections released via Triple Crown Records. With the new album, Standards, recently released Into It. Over it. are heading out on tour in support of the new record.  This includes a show at Chicago’s Lincoln Hall on April 29th.

Playing with Into it. Over It. are The World is a Beautiful Place & I am No Longer Afraid to Die, an indie rock band from Connecticut. Their latest release, Harmlessness, was an acclaimed album of 2015 making several end of the year lists by Stereogum and Absolutepunk.net. It also reached no. 11 on Billboard’s Heatseeker’s chart and no. 46 on the Independent Albums chart.
