Freaky Deaky 2016 lineup released; 3-day tickets on sale now

Halloween Festival, Freaky Deaky 2016

Hope you had a good break from Lollapalooza because there’s more festival news coming your way. Freaky Deaky, the largest Halloween festival in the Midwest, just announced the lineup for the event’s eight anniversary. The three-day festival takes place at the Toyota Park outside of downtown Chicago in Bridgeview, IL. Headliners this year include Disclosure, Tiesto, DJ Khaled, Schoolboy Q, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, and DJ Snake to name a few.

That’s only the beginning; the festival features over fifty artists spanning multiple genres. Freaky Deaky 2016 shakes things up this year by bringing in hot hip-hop artists. Travis Scott makes an appearance to celebrate his upcoming album Birds in the Trap Sing. Desiigner, who is known for his hot track “Panda,” and producer Metro Boomin are also set to appear. As if that wasn’t enough, A$AP Ferg, Flatbush Zombies, and Lil Dicky will perform as well.

Plenty of artists will keep things hot on the electronic side of things. Performers include Juaz, female DJ duo Nervo, Gramatik, Snails, and Boys Noize. To highlight the best and freshest dance music has to offer, the Crypt Stage changes each night. Friday, October 28th, dubstep takes over. Original Evol Intent member Bro Safari takes the stage along with Figure, Crizzly, and Illennium.

The next night is a mix of techno, animation, electronic music, and hip-hop. Festival goers can expect to see Dubfire Hybrid: Live, Claptone, MK, Brodinski, and Kill Frenzy mixing it up on stage.

Closing things out on Sunday is house music pioneer Jammie Jones. Native Chicagoan Lee Foss will also grace the stage along with Guy Gerber, Ardalan, and Gene Farris. Speed your Halloween weekend dancing the night away with these can’t miss acts.
