Coldplay at Soldier Field

July 23, 2016
Chris Martin

No one would’ve thought five lads from England would spawn some of the most successful albums in alt rock and end up playing the Superbowl Half-Time show. That’s the point where Coldplay is in their career. It seems every album they release tops the charts and plenty of their singles are hits. Their last three concert tours, (Mylo Xyloto in 2011-2012, Viva La Vida in 2008-2010, and Twisted Logic in 2005-2007) have had over 1 million people in attendance. Expect even higher numbers for the band’s upcoming North American tour dubbed Head Full of Dreams Tour. The band will hit up Chicago, not once, but twice for an unforgettable performance at Soldier Field on July 23- 24. Foxes and Alessia Cara will be the supporting acts.

Time: 8:00 pm

Tickets: Get ‘Em

Venue: Soldier Field
