At The Drive In at Riviera Theatre

2016 is a huge year for At The Drive In. Earlier this year the band announced they would be reuniting for a second time since their 2001 break up. The band became critical darlings of the rock world after years of independently putting out EPs with the release of their debut album Acrobatic Tenement.  But it wasn’t until their 2000 album, Relationship of Command, dropped that the band got mainstream attention. Just when fans were craving for new music, the band announced their split.

Since their return, many have been wondering whether or not the band were active again. It seems they are with them releasing a snippet of new music and announcing plans to write new music after their live performances. Before the band starts working on new music, they are embarking on a massive world tour. This includes a sold-out stop at Chicago’s Riviera Theatre on May 19th.

Time: 7:30 pm
